Bandula Saman Pethiyagoda

Saman has over 30 years’ working experience in the real estate sector and possess expertise in valuation, finance, development and sale of residential, commercial and industrial property.

Managing and leading both large and small teams of diverse individuals he was instrumental in delivering the sales goals of several major real estate projects namely: Lavinia Residencies (Mount Lavinia), Fortress Residencies (Nugegoda) and Eden Gardens (Thalawathugoda).

Whilst handling many land sales across the country, Saman in 2011 sold to an investor a single five acres block of bare land located in the heart of Colombo for Rs1.24 billion, which was an all-time record price.

Working collaboratively with all stakeholders, Saman assures client satisfaction by ensuring that their stated and implied individual needs are met.
